How do I check the status of my order?

Zotim strives to keep accurate stock availability listings online, and we aim to have all orders (for available items) dispatched within 1-2 days of the order having been placed. Zotim will attempt to keep all customers up-to-date regarding any unexpected delays (lengthy lead times, items being discontinued etc.) via email. Unfortunately, given the large number of orders processed each day, we aren’t always able to get an email out to you as soon as we are notified of the delay. Therefore, please ensure you check your order status directly through our website:

Click on your user name on the top right and click on “Your Orders” in the dropdown menu.

Should you wish to get additional status details (or lodge a change request due to a part being delayed/discontinued), by all means, lodge a request via our contact form and let us know what you’d like to do.
