How do I track my order when it’s shipped?

We will automatically send your tracking numbers via email once your order has shipped out of our warehouse. These will also be updated to your online order status (My Account > My Orders).

To track your order, enter the provided consignment number in the relevant location at the related courier company website:

StarTrack (Road) – https://startrack.com.au/
Startrack Courier – https://my.startrackcourier.com.au/
Couriers Please – https://www.couriersplease.com.au/
Australia Post – https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
Toll – https://www.tollgroup.com/toll-tracking

Note: Australia Post’s tracking only shows your parcel when it has reached the depot/post office closest to you, so do not be worried if the tracking information does not reflect any movement for a few days after dispatch.

You are welcome to contact us via the job/ticket system if you have any issues tracking your order with the provided details. Before doing that, please note that tracking information is usually updated by the courier companies fairly late in the day (for example, if your order ships at 2PM and tracking information isn’t working soon after, it will be working at 8PM the same day).
