You can update your account details directly through our website. Just click on the “My Account” button located at top right of the website and follow the prompts.
Place your mouse over My Account
Click Edit My Details
Edit the information you need then click Save Changes
Please note that any changes made through here will only be reflected on future orders – any orders placed prior to the change will have to be manually updated by Zotim staff. Please contact us via our job/ticket system if you wish to update any details on an existing order.
