The availability listing of products on our website is a combination of stock availability between at Zotim and our suppliers. When availability is listed as:
In Stock at Zotim
Time for Dispatch: 24 Hrs. Zotim has stock in one of it’s warehouses in Australia.
Items usually are able to be shipped within or around 24 hours after payment has been confirmed. Customer will be informed once his/her order is ready. Credit Card and PayPal payments are recommended in order to secure the stock for the order.
In Stock at Supplier
Item is temporarily not with Zotim, but is available from supplier(s) in Australia. Usually processing (supplier order & delivery to us and then item allocation to your order) will be completed within this specified time frame. Customer will be informed once his/her order is ready. Credit Card and PayPal payments are recommended in order to secure the stock for the order.
Preorder
1) Item is not currently available in Australia, such as upcoming new products;
2) Item is only supplied based on special orders, such as some niche or high-end products;
3) Item is currently out of stock from both Zotim and its suppliers and will be arriving soon.
Preorder items can be ordered in depending on availability with suppliers. Price of Preorder items may vary, please wait for our order confirmation before making payment for out of stock items.
ETA for Preorder items would be a minimum of 2-4 weeks, however if stocks arrive earlier than expected then customer orders will be fulfilled accordingly
